Dear Statalist,

I would like to estimate the frailties after a Weibull survival
regression model with shared gamma frailties on multiple event data. I
see that stcox has the effect() postestimation option, but streg does
not. Is there some syntax I can use which would do this?

Also i would like to, as my next step in my analysis, implement a
stratified parametric survival model with a shared frailty. It does
not seem to be possible to include both the "strata()" and "shared()".
What is the reason for this? Again is there some syntax I can use to
get round this problem?

Many thanks!

Matthias Pierce
