Dear stata users

I have a question about comparison of accuracy between two diagnostic
procedures in the following situation.
I have the data set in the population who underwent diagnostic procedure A
and can calculate sensitivity and specificity of the procedure A to diagnose
the specific lesion. And we also have another dataset in the distinct
population who underwent diagnostic procedure B and can calculate
sensitivity and specificity of the procedure B.
We would like to compare the diagnostic accuracy (sensitivity and
specificity) between procedure A and B. I hope anyone to suggest how to do
this.
