Yeah that's what I ended up doing. Thanks. I am matching patients who shared a hospital room with another patient to their roommates, and I have the room number and the date. It seemed that the m:m was perfect for that until I noticed the discrepancy in the numbers. I did end up coding it as a 1:m merge by reshaping the data but was hoping there was an easier way. Why have a command that does not work???
