If it exists, I guess it's lurking behind immensely thick firewalls in some institution you couldn't pay to get it from. The most closely related possibility may be running MLWin from within Stata. The bottom line is that StataCorp is not very Bayes-oriented at all and users who are so oriented would be better off using other software rather than writing their own from scratch.
