Thanks to Kit Baum a new command -stpm2cif- is available on SSC. -stpm2cif- is a post-estimation command that can be used to estimate the cumulative incidence function in a competing risks analysis for up to 10 competing causes after running the stpm2 command. Stata version 11.2 is required.
