Hi all,

I need help using multiple imputation command for Multivariate Normal Distribution. I did this before and worked perfectly. Now, unfortunately, I am getting the following error message: collinear imputation (dependent) variables detected. Below you may find the piece of do-file.

. mi impute mvn ambienteescolarprofessor_mean avaliacaodosprofessores_mean climadiscipl > inar_mean /// condicoesdefuncionamentoprofesso condtrab_mean formaçãoprof_mean recurs
> osformais_mean recursosparticipativos_mean usatecnologia_mean ///
> formaçãodiretor ambienteescolardiretor biblioteca livro coesãointraescolar condfuncdi
> r equipamentos= leitura, add(1)
note: variable condfuncdir contains no soft missing (.) values; imputing nothing
note: climadisciplinar_mean omitted because of collinearity
mi impute mvn: collinear imputation (dependent) variables detected

Well, what I am supposed to do? I have only one dependent variable (leitura), and I can not drop it.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Kind regards,
Raquel
