I have many observations of a variable (ejection fractions, ef) in patients,
with an observation of vital status (vs; 0=alive, 1=dead) for each patient.
Using ladder and qladder, I find that both ef(vs==0) and
ef(vs==1) have reasonable Gaussian distributions. I would like to plot the
best-fit normal function for each on the same graph, but I'm having trouble
doing it. I suspect it's a simple thing, but I can't get it done. Can anyone
help?
