It is your responsibility to make sure that the data are sorted using the SAME identifier. If you merge individual to households that message is what you get.
The problem is not merge, it is your dataset.

But i want to know which command i must use, because i have some problem to do it.
in fact i have merged two database and i wanted to add another one, but it's not possible. 

it's mark "variable do not uniquely identify observations in the master data"
