Subject | st: update of Ian Watson's -tabout- |
Date | Fri, 3 Jun 2011 14:30:45 -0400 |
<> Thanks to Kit Baum, an update to -tabout- has been placed in the SSC archives. To obtain it, just type: ssc install tabout, replace from inside Stata. This is version 2.0.5. It includes a new feature, comma decimal points, as preferred in some European countries. The option is called dpcomma and switches the decimal point from a period to a comma, and the thousands separator becomes a period. This new option uses code contributed by Arjan Soede, for which I am very grateful. This is a much overdue enhancement. The tutorial has also been rewritten to make it easier to use the examples. In addition, an example do-file is now provided as part of the package.
