I don't know why you think we all know what you can do in Excel, which I understand to be a program produced by Microsoft, but if my guess at what you want is correct, then consider -aaplot- from SSC announced on 21 May:

Hello, just wonder if there is a way of displaying the regression
equation for the linear fitted line in stata scatter plot as what we
can do with Excel?
