Following Cappellari and Jenkins (2006) for trivariate equation, I write some codes for four Probit equations. And I get the following errors when I use "ml model lf" to run the "ml program" I write. "initial: log likelihood = -1464.1231 rescale: log likelihood = -1464.1231 rescale eq: log likelihood = -1464.1231 could not calculate numerical derivatives flat or discontinuous region encountered r(430); " How to solve this error?
