Thanks Oliver. I also wanted to know about the use of svyset commands during aggregation. Since my data set is weighter, I was wondering if anybody could guide me if I should use svyset before aggregating to state level or use it after aggregation to preform analysis of the aggregated data set. If it is the latter case, then should I aggregate the weights to state level too?

Thanks
