Hi to all.

I was wondering is someone would be able to help me produce two sets of datasets for a paired design.

I would like to have two treatment arms, for intervention and control applied on the same patient (10 teeth on left and 10 teeth on right side of each patient's mouth).
I would like to be able to add an id variable for the patient and a variable indicating the patient's side as each patient's side would form a cluster consiting of 10 teeth.

Additionally, I would like to be able to produce different datasets in which the outcome correlation between the left and right sides of the patient varies, let's say from r=0.1 to r=0.8.

The outcome would be failure for one set of datasets and for the other set the outcome would be continuous.

Many thanks,

Nick
