Hello Statalisters!
I have a sure count variable in data which panelled in nature. I want  
to use count data models to estimate the determinants but my sample is  
underdispersed, now I am not sure what panel model will be best and  
how can I proceed to compare various models so I can select one with  
best results. Note I am not such a great econometricians, so please  
help also in selecting Stata command to deduce instant results for  
calculations.
