Thanks Phil, but I've tried to use hbar command and failed:
twoway (hbar meanwrite sesrace if race==1) ///
       (hbar meanwrite sesrace if race==2) ///
       (hbar meanwrite sesrace if race==3) ///
       (rcap hiwrite lowrite sesrace)
