Dear list members,

I would like to estimate a conditional logit (and later a mixed logit) model
with sample selection. The selection equation is based on a simple Logit.
After much search the only thing that I could find is a gllamm wrapper -
ssm- which estimates logit/probit model with selection. Unfortunately I
couldn't get it to estimate the conditional logit (there is no option for
grouping alternatives). Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Ali
