Subject   st: problems using milrtest to perform LR tests with multiply imputed data

I have a multiply imputed data file, where m = 5, and would like to compare results from nested models using the milrtest command.

The command functions as expected when I estimate OLS models, but I get an error whenever I use the command to compare results from logit models. The error reads as follows:

"Number of h1 independent variables does not match number of h1 betas. This may be due to some variables dropped from estimation command, check mim output carefully. r(498)"

Looking at the regression output, it does not appear that any of the variables have been dropped. And the documentation indicates that milrtest can be used in conjunction with logistic regression models. So, any idea what's going on? I'm using Stata 11, but have received the same error message when using Stata 9.

Thanks in advance,

Barry
