Your message is cryptic, but a little work establishes that -xtdolshm- (SSC) requires Stata 10. Whether that requirement is strong, or Stata 9 would do if the program was modified, I cannot say. You should approach the program author for advice. Alternatively, write your own program.

Is there any way to perform DOLS estimation using stata 9? I have istalled and tried -xtdolshm- command but nothing....
