Summit Consulting, LLC is a boutique advisory firm, headquartered in
Washington, DC, that blends expert academic knowledge in economics and
data analytics with real-world experience with quantitative methods.
We help Federal Agencies and other clients meet their business and
policy goals with tailored solutions that reflect a high degree of
quantitative rigor. Due to our rapid growth, Summit is looking for two
new additions to our team:

Economist
The Economist will directly advise clients and other staff members on
utilizing statistical and econometric methods to meet client needs.

The requirements for this position are:
1.	Ph.D. in economics, statistics, public policy, or a related field
2.	Must be proficient in econometric and other quantitative analyses
3.	Proficient in the use of panel data and time series in a
statistical application (e.g. STATA or SAS)
4.	Strong writing skills
5.	2-3 years of professional work experience strongly preferred.
6.	Working knowledge of the federal budgeting process Professional
experience in federal budgeting, and or US Federal public finance is
strongly preferred.

Senior Consultant, Applied Statistics and Economics Practice
The senior consultant will play a leadership role in our Statistics
and Economics practice, leading junior staff, and interacting directly
with clients.

The requirements for this position are:
1.	MA in related field required (statistics, econometrics, applied
mathematics, or related field)
2.	Must be proficient in econometric and other quantitative analyses
3.	Five years of work experience in consulting or a related field.
4.	Small team leadership experience (teams of 2-3)
5.	Experience in providing briefings to clients and decision-makers.

Candidates for either position must meet the following requirements:
1.	Must be a US Citizen, and able to pass a background check
2.	Must be willing and able to work in Washington, DC full time
