Thanks to Kit Baum a new update of -scores- is on SSC.
The new version allows to automatically determine the range of values
used for transforming scores to POMP scores (if all items used have
value labels defining the same range of values).
Additionally, a bug has been fixed that resulted in an (unnecessary)
error message if the name of the resulting (new) variable was only a
*part* of a variable name in varlist.
