Thank you very much for your response.

Would you know whether the incidental parameter problem is the reason
for the non-availability of a fixed effects ordered LOGIT regression?

I would like to understand why the Conditional (fixed-effects)
logistic regression (clogit estimator) is available, but the fixed
effects ordered logit is not.
