Off-list, I asked Stephen why analysis of Giuliana's unequal width
intervals would be "complicated", especially as the Prentice-Gloeckler
method* (implemented in his -pgmhaz8- and -hshaz-) could handle them.
He revised his opinion, and I show his post below:
