Does anyone know if gllamm can compute solutions for random effects? Can it be used for example to compute estimates for individual countries, where country is a level 2 random effect? This would be comparable to the SOLUTION option for the random intercept in the SAS GLIMMIX procedure (eg. RANDOM intercept / SUBJECT=country SOLUTION;)
