Has anyone written code to score the SF-12 (the Medical
Outcomes Study: 12-item Short Form)?

I found -sf36-, a utility for scoring the long form, but
it crashes if only the subscale questions are available.
Thought I'd ask before I started trying to write something
myself.

I wrote part of it for version 10/11. If somebody is interested to make a documentation and finalize the program it would be nice.

regards
Casta
