After running -ice- to multiply impute five datasets, I used -mim- to obtain descriptive statistics (Stata v. 10.1).

In the output from -mim: mean...- there is a t statistic and p-value. Is this test comparing the means in the five MI datasets?

Here is an excerpt of the output:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
mim: mean v32cesd

Multiple-imputation estimates (mean) Imputations =	5
Mean estimation Minimum obs =	77
Minimum dof =	31.6

           Coef. Std. Err. t P>t [95% Conf. Int.] MI.df
v32cesd 12.6104 1.19472 10.56 0.000 10.1757 15.0451 31.6
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks in advance.
Cathy
