st: allocation of cache memory in Stata

Dear Listers,

I
have a old PC on which I run must of my statistical analysis. The C
drive begins to show the signs of wear and tear, while the D drive is
still (relatively) fresh. I was wondering if there was a way to tell
stata to use cache Memory on the D drive rather than on the C drive.
