The competing-risks regression option was a very desirable addition to the
survival analysis package in Stata, but it doesn't seem to be fully
integrated. For example:
1. stcurve ignores -override default keys- for labels (although it works
using line command);
2. sts list doesn't include an option to list cumulative incidence, neither
for the main covariate nor for the competing risk covariates;
3. there is no -estat concordance- option after stcrreg or any other
parametric survival model (although Roger Newson suggested how this can be
done using the somersd command)
