The original poster saw little difference in R-squared between
-collin- (which is equivalent to -reg-) and _-svy: reg-.

Probability weights do ordinarily, affect  R-square, but weights with
a low CV would not have much impact. Unfortunately the poster didn't
provide even minimal numerical description.   From the FAQ Section
5.3:  "Say exactly what you typed and exactly what Stata typed (or
did) in response. N.B. exactly! "
