Tim <[email protected]> has uncovered a bug with -estat phtest- after -stcox- when
factor variables are included in the model.

> too few variables specified
> the current estimation results for cox have 4 equations so you must specify 4
> new variables, or you can use the equation() option and specify one variable
> at a time

The fix will be available in a future ado update. In the meantime, as Tim
points out you can use the -xi- prefix instead of the new factor variable
syntax.
