Dear Statalist,

I have a question regarding the note warning after running discrete-time logit model.
After the result table reported in Stata, sometimes there is note that says
"Note: 61 failures and 0 successes completely determined."
All others are regular.

I checked relevant Stata guidance that basically it says this may be caused by empty cells. So I deleted all empty cells and rerun models, but still with this kind of problem.
I am doing survival analysis using discrete-time logit model as I only can get survival data in year interval rather than exact date. As my theory is to test a inverted-U shape, I include square term as well as the respective first-order term. Also because my theorectical framework, I include 3 pairs of first-order and second-order terms. Although I checked VIF value and no one is higher than 5, the correlation between first-order and respective second-order terms is quite high. Whatsmore, there is high correlation between 2 first-order varables of 3 pairs of variables, about 0.7 or even 0.8. I did demean all relevant variables, but it does not solve the problem. I am really exhausted by this problem.

Any suggestion or idea will be extremely helpful and grateful. Thanks in advance.
