Dear statalist,
I am trying to estimate censored Quadratic Almost Ideal demand system (QUAIDS) model (following Banks, et., al, 1997), in the second stage after computing inverse mills ratio in the first stage to take into account zero consumption. How the mills ratios enter in to QUAIDS? Should I includ it into constant term as for household demographic variables or treat it separately? Any help is appreciable.

With regards
Nigussie
