Noori Akhtar-Danesh <[email protected]> asks about survey features that
are new in Stata 11:

To answer Noori's specific question:

The -svy- prefix does not support any of the -xt- commands.

The new feature in Stata 11 related to -svy- is the -margins- command.
-margins- estimates predictive margins and marginal effects that account for
the survey design, including accounting for the fact that covariates are
sampled from a population when estimating standard errors and confidence
intervals.
