st: please help: -biprobit- initial values not feasible- r(1400)

Hello,

I am running :

local athrho=atanh(0)
constraint 1[athrho]_cons=`athrho'
qui biprobit ($x = $cont ) (outc = $x  $cont) if  ms==2 & q2=1 & t>=15
& t<=64 , constraint(1)

and I get an error message that my initial values not feasible.

Does anyone know how to fix this please?
