Hello all statlist members
I am estimating nonliner AIDS model using nlsur commands. I adapted Brain P. Poi (2008) to write commands in a loop to estimate the modle. I feel I am sucessfull in doing so. But can't able to write commands in a loop to estimate income, own-price (Marshall) and cross price (Hicks) elasticities? Is there anyone who have tried so far? can you please send me do or ado files to estimate it? or can you give me hint to do so? Any help is appriciated!!!
