st: How to feed STATA with panel data to be used in estimating with Seemingly Unrelated Regression

Dear friends,
I want to estimate a translog cost function with two cost shares using
panel data set including 4 years and 21 units as a Seemingly Unrelated
Regression. Could you say me how to feed the data into STATA so that
the translog cost function is estimated with panel data.
