st: GEE with multiple within subject factors

Good morning StataList,

I have a data set with subject, legs (within subject), time (3 occasions 
over which measurements are taken on each leg) and 2 readings 
(measurements per leg).

To specify a unique record I need  to specify subject, leg, time and 
reading. How do I do this in Stata 8.2?  I"ve been playing around with 
'iis' and 'tsset' to no avail. I keep getting 'time duplicated within a 
panel' error message'
(I can get this to run in SPSS 15     within factors are leg, time and 
reading but I'd like to try Stata.)
