st: Update to -logitcprplot- available from SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, an update to the -logitcprplot- package is
available from SSC. -logitcprplot- draws omponent-plus-residual plots
(partial residual plots) for logistic regression models. To install
the update, type

 . ssc install logitcprplot, replace

or use -adoupdate-.

-logitcprplot- has the following new options:

      generate(newvar): store partial logit residuals in newvar
      replace: overwrite existing variable
      nograph: suppress graph
