That is true, except there are lots of links inside -help graph-. In
essence the command -graph- is much much much more powerful than a
quick glance at -help graph- suggests, as most of the functionality is
documented in helpfiles that are linked from -help graph-. 

However, rather than trying to wade through all these links, I would
start with -help graph intro- as this give you the basic introduction
to building graphs in Stata. You can also find a link to 
-help graph intro- at at the bottom of -help graph-.
