Hi Kexin,

A test that is used after a Kruskal-Wallis test is Dunn's test.

Dunn OJ (1964) Multiple comparisons using rank sums. Technometrics 6(3)
241-252.

Cheers, Garry

Subject: st: multiple comparison after kruskall wallis test

Hi,

I find a lot of information about multiple
comparison(bonferroni, fisher's LSD) after oneway and anova. But what if
I conduct nonparmetric kruskall wallis test and then do multiple
comparison, what should I do?

Kexin
