I found the ado file for V.6 of IVTOBIT6 (and IVTOBIT) and I worked from
there to get a "IV/GMMCNREG" ado file. I could try to do the same with
the version 1.1.5 03apr2005 for Stata 9 but I was wondering if there
was an simple way to make it work with the program I already have.
Thank you

Any reason you can't just use ivtobit? The
description of ivtobit6 on SSC says "Stata 9.x
users should use official ivprobit and
ivtobit." User-written routines are sometimes
limited when it comes to support for post-estimation commands.
