Rich just got back from the German SUG meetings so sorry for not chiming in earlier. I suspect you are thinking of regoprob, available from SSC. Not written by me but it adapts code from reoprob and gologit2. reoprob and regoprob use the probit link; I don't know how tough it would be to adapt them if you desperately need logit instead.
