I missed a key word in my initial sentence. I said
I do seem to be able to obtain data points after fracplot, only the fitted line with 95%CIs. This applies to cnreg, intreg and nbreg after fracpoly.

I meant to say
I do not seem to be able to obtain data points after fracplot...... This only applies to cnreg, intreg and nbreg after fracpoly.

I typed -update- and have the same versions as Maarten. I also have the same version of fracplot.
The 'errors' are a lack of data points on the graphs produced by fracplot.

I am sorry about the confusion.
Best wishes, Garry

I can't reproduce these errors. My Stata is:
. update

Stata executable
    folder: C:\Program Files\Stata10\
    name of file: wsestata.exe
    currently installed: 27 May 2008

Ado-file updates
    folder: C:\Program Files\Stata10\ado\updates\
    names of files: (various)
    currently installed: 30 May 2008

Utilities updates
    folder: C:\Program Files\Stata10\utilities
    names of files: (various)
    currently installed: 27 May 2008

Recommendation
Type -update query- to compare these dates with what is available
from
