The people who answer are people like you: Sometimes they know the
answer, sometimes not, sometimes they have time, sometimes not,
sometimes they understand your question, sometimes not. You can do
nothing about the first two constraints, but if you get no answer you
can try and do something about the third, by rewriting your question.
