st: Dummy var for 2 consecutive variables

Dear STATA lister
I am using cohort based dataset and trying to find a way to create
dummy variable 'var1' to code by 1 if patient score 1 at two
consecutive visits.
The intention is to use cox regression model to see when patients tend
to have outcome = 1 for var1 then.

Any tips?
