st: New -bitobit- package available from SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, a new package called -bitobit- is available from
the SSC Archive.

-bitobit- fits a seemingly unrelated bivariate Tobit model to two  
equations with variable censoring thresholds.

For more information, type

. ssc describe bitobit

To install the package, type

. ssc install bitobit
