Dear statalisters:
I have a panel data set (N 'cities', T 'time periods', M variables). I
would like to output a csv file (to be read into excel) that has NxT
rows, and M columns. The normal output commands seem to drop the row if
the observation is missing, but I'd like to include a row even if the
observation is missing.
Any thoughts? Thanks.
