st: update to -ralloc-
sacrificial line
Thanks to Kit Baum an update to -ralloc.ado- is now available on the
SSC server.
-ralloc- provides randomised treatment allocations for use in RCTs.
The update is very minor, no new features are offered. An obscure
syntax problem related to my use of double quotes within -note-s
commands led to syntax errors under Stata release 10. This is now fixed.
the new version is 3.3.1
