st: Missing F(n, n) statistics and Prob>F

Dear Statalisters

Can anyone please let me know why does one get both F
and Prob > F missing in an OLS? I have seen help
j_robustsingular and previous postings, but nowhere
does it mention about both these things missing
simultaneously.
