st: Update to -fre- available from SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, an update to the -fre- package is available from
the SSC Archive. -fre- displays (and exports) one-way frequency
tables.

To install the update, type

. ssc install fre, replace

or use the -adoupdate- command.

The update fixes some minor issues. In addition, output from the
-nomissing- option has been improved.
