Stata users,
I am estimating a Tobit model with random effects (Xttobit) and plan to use the predicted value in a second stage estimation procedure. But the predict procedure in Xttobit postestimation seem not to account for the random effect (just set it to zero).
May any have any suggestions how I can account for the random effects in the predicted value from the Xttobit estimation?
